1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using services provided by Structure Practice Systems (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Structure Practice Systems provides business system setup, automation, CRM configuration, and ongoing support services, which may include:

✔️ GoHighLevel (GHL) account setup and management

✔️CRM system builds and optimization

✔️Workflow automation (email, SMS, pipelines)

✔️Funnel and website creation

✔️AI and communication system setup

✔️Ongoing support, maintenance, and consulting

👉 Translation: We build the system. You still have to run your business.

3. Client Responsibilites

You agree to:

✔️Provide accurate and complete information

✔️Respond in a timely manner when input or approvals are needed

✔️Maintain compliance with all applicable laws (including marketing and communication laws)

✔️Use systems ethically and legally

We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of client communication.

4. Payments & Fees

A. Setup Fees

All setup and implementation fees are:

-Non-refundable

-Due prior to the start of services

B. Monthly Services

If enrolled in a monthly plan:

-Fees are billed automatically

-Payment is due on the agreed billing date

-Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment

C. Late or Failed Payments

If payment fails:

-Access to systems may be suspended

-Automations may be paused (yes, everything can stop)

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

-Specific business results

-Revenue increases

-Lead generation outcomes

👉 Because let’s be honest—systems don’t fix bad offers or no follow-up.

6. Sub-Accounts & Platform Usage (GHL)

Clients may be provided access to systems built within GoHighLevel under our agency account.

You acknowledge:

✔️Your account may exist as a sub-account under our agency

✔️Access is contingent on active payment

✔️If services are terminated, access may be removed or transitioned at our discretion

7. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, templates, and processes created by Structure Practice Systems remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are granted a license to use them while actively working with us.

8. Communication Compliance (SMS & Email)

Users may opt-in to receive SMS (text) messages from Structured Practice Systems by selecting the opt-in checkbox when submitting a form on our website. By opting-in, you agree to receive messages such as appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional content. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Structure Practice Systems shall not be liable for:

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

By Us:

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

-You violate these terms

-Payments are not made

-Communication becomes unreasonably difficult (yes, this matters)

12. Data & Account Access After Termination

Upon termination:

✔️Access to systems may be removed

✔️Data transfer (if requested) may incur an additional fee

✔️We are not responsible for maintaining your data after termination

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
